Initial review
We review learner needs, current education status, referral goals, requested hours, delivery method, documents and risk information.
Plan support
We agree the delivery method, subject focus, frequency, safeguarding expectations, communication route and reporting arrangements.
Tutor matching
A suitable tutor is identified based on subject knowledge, experience, availability, learner profile and delivery requirements.
Tuition begins
Sessions begin with clear expectations around attendance, communication, professional boundaries, session notes and learning goals.
Progress review
Attendance updates, progress summaries and next-step recommendations are shared with the agreed contact.
What happens after a form is submitted?
